Half-day Mediation

Roster Mediation Rate (3 hours)
Two parties | $600 + HST

Three parties | $675 + HST

Four parties | $750 + HST
 

  • Includes one-half hour of preparation time for each party and up to three hours of mediation

  • Hourly rate beyond roster mediation rate outlined in O. Reg. 451/98 and O. Reg. 43/05 is $250 + HST

  • Disbursements extra

Full-day Mediation

Full-day Mediaton Rate (6 hours)
Two parties | $1,400 + HST

Three parties | $1,575 + HST

Four parties | $1,750 + HST
 

  • Includes one hour of preparation time for each party and up to six hours of mediation

  • Hourly rate beyond full-day mediation rate is
    $250 + HST

  • Disbursements extra

  • Disbursements extra

Arbitration

Daily Arbitration Rate (6 hours)
Two parties | $4,000 + HST
 

  • An additional fee may be charged for each additional party

  • Hourly arbitration rate beyond the total number of daily arbitrations purchased is $400 + HST

  • Disbursements extra
