As a roster mediator with Ontario's Mandatory Mediation Program in Toronto, Ottawa and Windsor, Justin draws upon his experience as counsel, educator and dispute-resolution professional to help parties identify what divides them, assess risk and explore practical paths toward resolution.​

His approach may be facilitative or, where appropriate and requested, evaluative. The parties retain control over whether and on what terms their dispute resolves.

Justin acts as a neutral third party, facilitating communication, identifying issues and assisting participants in exploring possible resolution.
